Reduced 50% of electricity consumption on the sewing floor, from 749 kWh per person to 347 kWh per person. Overall the reduction for the entire complex is 35%.
Energy efficiency continues to be monitored by a group of specialists. All connections, main transformer, and switch boxes are checked in order to balance the electricity per circuit.
Created an internal Committee for energy savings managed by external consultants. The goal is to reduce energy usage in every corner of the factory and also in employees' homes.
Created a strategic partnership plan with the sewing machine brands, Brother and Yamato. All of the existing equipment will be changed to the more efficient "direct motor drive" machines. This will result in a 70% energy saving and a 30% increase in production output.
